Every candidate in all 435 congressional districts should be presented with the opportunity to sign The Pledge of Honorable Intentions.. Senatorial candidates should also be given the same opportunity. The Tea Parties have gained a national presence and should be the ones who present and witness a candidate's opportunity to sign the pledge. The Pledge of Honorable Intentions is not the be all, end all, for confirming the perfect candidate, but it is a strong indication (litmus test) the candidate's heart is in the right place and will act in America's best interest while serving our nation.

Any congressional district without a republican candidate willing to sign the pledge means the Tea Party should seek out a new candidate that has honorable intentions and is willing to sign the pledge. In a heavily democratic district, without the slightest possibility of voting republican, if the democratic candidate has honorable intentions and is willing to sign, that candidate should be endorsed. It is far better to have a mixed congress comprised of conservative thinking people with honorable intentions than a republican congress diluted by those masquerading as republican conservatives like Arlen Specter, John McCain and Lindsey Graham. A congress of conservative thinking people with honorable intentions will be less interested in party politics and more interested in running our government with prudence, honor and dignity.

There can be no greater example of voters being intentionally deceived by stump speech lies than the election of Barack Hussein Obama. Voters are tired of being deceived by corrupt career politicians and their nebulous stump speech spin. Candidates with signed pledges will restore voter confidence and encourage voter turnout. We must package up 435 House candidates and 36 Senate candidates who have signed the pledge of honorable intentions and sell the American voters on their honorable intentions rather than their political affiliation.

It would not take very much effort for the Tea Party to muster up a dozen volunteers to visit the halls of congress and give every congressman/woman the opportunity to sign The Pledge of Honorable Intentions. Then we would all know what districts need special attention in recruiting honorable candidates.

The average voter is discontented and looking for a solution. There will be various third parties vying for their votes. We already see that voters are being torn between republican and third party ideals. If someone doesn’t get their arms around these frustrated voters the cohesiveness of these voters will dissipate and 2011, 2012 will be no different than 2009, 2010. The freedom and opportunity to bring the impending tyranny to a halt may not exist in the 2012 election, if there is an election. 

The Tea Parties must guide America in the right direction by assuring the package of candidates win the 2010 elections. Call the package whatever you like, perhaps The Tea Party Package. Tea Parties have the public microphone with millions of American voters behind them. By joining forces with those level headed people of prominence success will follow.

If the Tea Parties follow these steps, success will follow!

Step 1. Contact the following level headed people of prominence and schedule a meeting. These people have huge daily public microphones and with their support the 2010 elections can be guided in the proper direction. The number of voters guided in the proper direction will overwhelm any ACORN fraudulent votes. Attendance and attitudes at the meeting will be an indication of how much support these prominent people are willing to contribute. Everyone pays their own way.

Establish the necessary plans to create a website. The website should have the following pages:

Home Page - Explains to voters the need for them to vote for candidates with honorable intentions and insures voters they will get what they vote for, no more crap shoots at the voting booths electing candidates that have bamboozled them with stump speech spin. Explains to voters these honorable candidates will bring corruption in congress to an end.

Honorable Candidates Page - Lists all the candidates they should vote for because every one of these candidates have signed The Pledge of Honorable Intentions. Clicking on a candidate's name will provide a pop up window showing a copy of the pledge the candidate signed.  

Uncommitted Candidates Page - Explain to voters the candidates listed on this page refused to sign The Pledge of Honorable Intentions. Their true intentions remain a mystery in a nebulous state.

Establish a date for a second meeting and invite the prominent people listed on the bottom of this page.

Step 2. Second meeting.

Meeting agenda:

Take up a collection to pay for televisions ads endorsing the website and the honorable candidates listed on the site.

Make plans to have Tea Party followers volunteer to participate in voter turnout.

Solicit volunteers to show up at the polls on election day to hand out copies of pledges signed by the honorable candidates.

I know success is possible. It’s just a matter of numbers. Getting those numbers can be simple or complex. Simple is on the side of truth – complex is on the side of nebulous nefarious false campaign promises. The key is in regaining voters confidence with candidates who have pledged to govern with honor. The signed pledges of honorable intentions will go a long way in restoring voter trust. The 2010 election is not a presidential election so the required numbers will be low. There will not be national media hype focusing on a self proclaimed messiah to draw the ignorant to the voting booths.

I have been around for decades and have never seen anything like the enthusiasm and movement to elect Obama. But as we all know, the enthusiasm was all built around lies, false campaign promises, disingenuous mainstream media hype, and supported by the political ignorance of young voters.

The Tea Parties are rivaling that enthusiasm and have created a national movement supported by conviction, truth, and honorable intentions.
